If ads are getting this intrusive it's a clear sign that the app is struggling to remain afloat, so long story short you will be successful at driving people away from the app that has already lost much of its relevance. further more nobody really waits for the ad to end I just swipe up the entire app.

This is really a good app and I love using it but the moderator get us banned without any reason. I got banners from the app permanently without knowing the reason behind it. I have tried several times to get back on the app I have still been banned for like two years now. Anytime I get a new phone I and try and download this app and use it I still get banned. Y’all should try and do something about this issue. It’s really frustrating.

Jodel is frustrating and not worth using. The app randomly bans users without valid reasons, often based on vague or automated moderation. There’s no proper appeal process, and customer support is practically nonexistent. It claims to be an open and anonymous platform, but in reality, users get banned for harmless posts while trolls and toxic users roam free. The experience is inconsistent and unfair, making it a waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable or enjoyable social app.

لقد اشتركت من داخل التطبيق بيودل بلس وقامو بحظري وظهر لي انه يجب ان ادفع ١٢ دولار لمراجعه الحظر خلال يوم ودفعت المبلغ ايضا دفعت لمرتين وبعدها لا احد يجيب اخذو المبالغ بدون وجه حق هذه سرقه

I have a ticket number 30526 with the employee nart I bought 10 reinforcements or missiles for an amount of $12 and they did not do in my account exactly, although the amount has already been deducted from my iTunes account I went to customer service and asked me for a receipt and provided him with the receipt in the same minute as he asked for. I was never late in replying more than one minute. And from the price of the employee disappearing, I explained that it is urgent and very important for me, but to no avail The employee so far did not answer and the matter was three full hours and he was stuck without any interaction from the employee, although I provided him with what he needed in the exact same minute In the meantime, I bought 5 other reinforcements or missiles until this problem is solved, but the same problem was repeated again, I return to the ticket and talk to the employee, but again without any answer until now. I have been using yodel for more than 5 years and I spent more than $300 on reinforcements or missiles throughout these 5 years and today is the end of my journey with you because of this bad experience.

My cousin gave me his phone to use which I installed jodel with my account but I was told the app is banned permanently on my device. I need this resolved as soon as possible

I changed devices and uninstalled the app from my old phone. It works great on my new phone but the old phone still has the account connected it to it..how can this be fixed?
